Congratulations to our very own Erin Rankin on her recent promotion to SHEQ Manager. Erin joined NCSL in 2022 as a SHEQ Advisor and has consistently demonstrated her dedication and expertise, progressing within the company to earn this well-deserved role.
With 15 years of experience in health and safety, Erin’s journey began after leaving the Royal Navy, transitioning from one side of the dockyard to the other to work in shipbuilding. After just three years in the industry, Erin earned her first NEBOSH qualification – and hasn’t looked back since.
Currently completing a NEBOSH Level 6 course, Erin continues to build on her impressive expertise. She has been a vital part of NCSL’s SHEQ team and is now poised to lead us forward with her wealth of knowledge and experience.
