About NCSL

NCSL began proudly providing Environmental services on behalf of Norwich City Council in April 2021. Following a year of operation, NCSL's Building Maintenance service transferred into the business continuing service delivery.

Now, with over 300 employees, NCSL offers a variety of services, including some commercial offerings ranging from Arboriculture, Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing and Specialist Cleaning. Additionally, our Building Maintenance services focus on key service delivery on behalf of our partner, Norwich City Council.

As an ever growing company NCSL is implementing its own training academy to support with development of employees across the business. Grow with NCSL is a scheme that will allow staff to grow with the company, and as individuals. It also enables NCSL to ensure that staff are fully equipped to deliver services to the best standard.
