New Director of Finance & Corporate Services Appointed

Concluding our recent senior leadership recruitment campaign, we are delighted to confirm the appointment of Ian Skates as NCSL’s permanent Director of Finance & Corporate Services.

Ian joined NCSL as Interim Director of Finance & Corporate Services in 2023 and has been pivotal in driving positive changes within the organisation. He has successfully managed the stabilisation of NCSL’s financial position, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term viability. Ian has also led key initiatives, including bringing a range of corporate services in-house, streamlining processes to optimise service delivery and overall output.

With an extensive background in finance and a proven track record of delivering impactful results, Ian’s leadership will continue to strengthen our operations and future growth.
