Following an incredibly successful recruitment campaign for our new Customer Experience Manager position, which attracted over 60 applicants, we are delighted to announce that an internal candidate has been appointed to the role. Hayley Craft, who joined us in summer 2024 as the Diagnostics Team Leader, will step into the new position on February 1st.
Hayley has over 10 years of experience working within the Customer Service sector, specifically as Global Head of Customer Care and a Customer Relations Manager. Within these roles Hayley focussed on improving the customer journey, managing process improvements and impact reduction of complaints and customer contact.
