After completing an apprenticeship and gaining three years of college experience, Max joined NCSL in November 2024, stepping into the role of an Electrical Improver – building a solid foundation in his trade.
One of Max’s favourite NCSL jobs so far is having to rewire a property which had not been wired properly previously. Max has enjoyed gaining all of the hands-on experience and always approaches the job with a good laugh and positive attitude. He loves coming to work and jumping into new projects, especially with people who have a story to tell.
Max is keen to progress into an electrician role in the future, hoping to gain more training and experience to do so within NCSL’s Academy – Grow with NCSL; so watch this space!
