They provide a direct channel for open communication between staff and leadership, helping to drive meaningful improvements, enhance collaboration, and create a workplace where everyone can thrive. From influencing policy changes to improving working conditions, NCSL’s forum has already raised a number of suggestions and queries, some of which have been escalated and resolved.
