About the Role?
This multifaceted role involves pricing and valuing works on-site, managing commercial data and reporting, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. You'll support housing valuation processes, oversee contract completions, and help implement cost and service improvements. With a strong focus on collaboration, compliance, and coaching operational teams, you'll foster positive relationships and contribute to a culture of safety, development, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and IT skills. They’ll thrive under pressure, confidently juggle multiple tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively. A flexible, proactive mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential. Candidates should hold GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent), possess a full driving licence, and have experience handling sensitive information. Desirable qualities include qualifications or experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction, and familiarity with local authorities and the housing sector—particularly using housing-related Schedule of Rates for valuing works.

This role is for 37 hours per week, but to ensure flexibility and promote an inclusive workplace part time hours or a job share agreement will be considered.
