About the Role
NCSL Environmental Cleaning is seeking a dedicated Void Cleaning Operative to join their team at the Hurricane Way Depot. This key role involves carrying out a range of cleaning tasks across various areas, including lettable, welfare, and environmental cleans, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, and best practices. You will play a vital part in maintaining clean and safe environments for clients. The role requires you to work both independently and as part of a team, under the supervision of the Cleaning Team Leader, to complete cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard.
The position offers flexibility in working hours and requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with the management team, report any concerns, and use mobile devices or PDAs to assist in task management and scheduling. A strong commitment to customer service and safety is essential in this role, as well as a willingness to take on additional duties or overtime when required.

Requirements
Previous cleaning experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to a high standard under pressure to meet target dates
Ability to organise and manage own work schedule
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
High standard of customer service
Full UK Driving License
