About the Role

Norwich City Services Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Cleaning Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Cleaning Division, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and effective communication between clients, team leaders, and managers. You will be key in maintaining high standards of service by managing operational systems and supporting the overall success of cleaning contracts.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including handling client-service requests, maintaining accurate records, and raising invoices. You’ll also play a pivotal role in providing IT and general administrative support to Managers and Team Leaders, helping them meet contract requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the timely deployment of resources, ensuring that all work requests are fulfilled according to contract specifications.

As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor the JADU job request system, taking swift action on any issues that arise. You will also be involved in preparing relevant paperwork for meetings, new starter processes, and daily operational tasks related to the cleaning service requirements.

This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to develop your administrative and organisational skills while supporting a busy and dynamic team.

The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied therefore the post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate to the role and as requested by their line manager.

Requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role

  • Experience in an environment where high emphasis is placed on excellent Customer Experience

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
